Ecooperation is a network of festivals, venues and national structures of outdoor theatre and circus in Europe. The aim is to connect organizers with organizers in order to stimulate more sustainable touring of artists.

Quickly find the colleagues that organize an event in the period before or after your own event, around the corner or just across the border. Send an Ecooperation email request to your colleague(s) through the platform.
Share travelling shows.
Functionality of the platform is only available for member organisers. Subscription of organisers is moderated by the respective national associations. The festival information on the Ecooperation platform is not accessible for artists and agents. Member artists can only see the website of your festival/venue. Artists are stimulated to ask the festival where they are booked to use the Ecooperation platform in order to reduce CO2 emissions, reduce travel cost and make touring more efficient and sustainable.
The national structures assure membership of their members. Festivals outside the national structures can join for €30,- per year, get full access, reduce CO2 emissions and profit from possibly considerable cost reductions. Use the Green Marketing Ecooperation logo in your program to show the sustainable Ecooperation effort you make.
Artists
Make your profile and add your tour dates and the technical aspects of your show to be visible for all member organizers. Knock on the doors of the organizers and ask them to use the platform in your favour.
Functionality of the platform is only available to members. Festival and venue organisers will have access to your tour dates, the technical aspects of your show and a link to your website. You can see the website address of the festivals. Organisers can send you an Ecooperation request through the platform.
To develop, maintain, improve and moderate the platform we charge a small annual fee of €30,- per show.
Statement
We talk a lot about sustainability but often fail to act. Getting funding for a project like Ecooperation is not easy. So. We took the risk and accept that we may make mistakes and have to do a huge amount of work. We count on the full community of both organisers and artists in circus and outdoor arts to guide us for the benefit of all.
No personal data will be published nor will any personal data be visible online. The Ecooperation.net platform follows the EU GDPR rules.
